Can you deliver only, or do you also install on site

We can work on a delivery-only basis or provide a more managed service, depending on what the event needs. Some clients want equipment delivered for their own teams to install, while others want us involved in setting up trackway, secure areas or other infrastructure on site.

Do you offer self-offload for festival sites?

Yes. Self-offload can be a big advantage on festival sites, especially in the early stages of build when site machinery is limited or unavailable. We can discuss the best delivery method in advance and make sure equipment arrives in a way that works for your site conditions.

Is there a minimum hire period or minimum order?

No. We are happy to support smaller hires as well as large-volume events. We can also price sensibly around the actual hire period, so if the requirement is for a shorter or longer duration than a standard week, we can usually reflect that in the quotation.
