Events Crew is a family-owned and run event equipment and event infrastructure specialist based at Henstridge Airfield in Somerset. For more than 20 years, we have supported clients across the UK and Ireland with the equipment, transport and practical site support needed to keep events, venues and projects moving. From large sporting events and festivals to construction sites, civic requirements and film & TV locations, we provide a dependable service built around quality equipment, experienced people and the ability to deliver when timing matters.
Our core offer combines temporary fencing and barriers, lighting towers, trackway and ground protection, event transport and logistics, storage and wider site support. We can operate on a straightforward hire basis, or provide a more managed service with delivery, self-offload, installation and collection where the job demands it. Whether the requirement is a short-notice local hire or a major multi-day project, we focus on giving clients the right equipment, the right transport and the right support.
Over the years, Events Crew has supported an exceptional range of major sporting events, public events, festivals, high-profile public sector projects and prestigious venues. Our experience includes every UK and Ireland IRONMAN event since 2003, London Marathon, Glastonbury Festival, the Commonwealth Games, G7 Cornwall, London 2012 at the Weymouth Sailing Venue, royal visits and long-term venue support at the Ageas Bowl Southampton.
