How do I request a quote from Events Crew?
You can contact us by phone, email or by completing the enquiry form on the website. The more detail you can provide about your event, site or requirement, the quicker we can come back with the right advice and an accurate quotation.
What information should I include in my enquiry?
Please include the site or event location, required dates, approximate quantities, access restrictions and whether you need dry hire or a fully managed service. If delivery, installation, collection or storage is needed, adding that upfront will help us quote more accurately.
Can you help with urgent or short-notice enquiries?
Yes. We understand that some requirements come in late or change close to the job date. If your enquiry is urgent, get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to provide a practical solution based on stock, transport and timing.
