We stock standard portable toilets, disabled and urinal units as well as luxury toilet trailers. Perfect for weddings and parties as well as festivals and longer-term hire.  Our toilets come fully equipped and we can also offer service cleans on site during your event, as well as out of hours deliveries and collections.

Bike racking

We have seen an increased demand for bike racks which allow visitors and participants at any kind of event to rack their bikes safely.  This product may be particularly of interest to mass sporting event organisers.  Our bike racking systems can be used for athletes in the transition areas of triathlons and duathlons as well as those participating in marathons and half marathons who travel to the event by bike.

Bag racking

The storage of visitors and participants bags can be challenging and often needs to be secure and managed.  Therefore, we have several solutions depending on the size and budget of your event. 

With our fleet of curtain side trailers, we have created a mobile bag racking solution that can be installed and dismantled in tight time scales.  This is the perfect solution for mass participation sporting event organisers that have thousands of bags to rack and store for a short space of time.  We have provided solutions for Ironman triathlons in the UK and Ireland as well as British 10k and Coventry half marathon.  Please see examples of this in our picture gallery.

Drinking water bowsers

We own and operate a large number of drinking water bowsers that can be hired as sterile empty units or as a fully managed service.  Our bowsers are an ideal alternative to bottled water for both sporting events and all other events where there are high volumes of people that need to keep hydrated.  We have fully trained operatives that sterilise, test and fill our bowsers.  Available on a short or long-term basis where a re-filling service is also available.

Public Address systems

We have experience in providing large and multiple PA systems on sports event sites such as Bournemouth Marathon Festival and the Vitality Run Series. We have also supplied for smaller scale events by way of mobile PAs for outdoor auctions, services for metropolitan police specialist training, Christmas lights switch on and World Record attempts. Whatever your event, no matter the weather we can provide the equipment and technical support to make sure that your event sounds great.

Tables and Chairs

We supply chairs and trestle tables ideal for your event needs. Both durable and easy to clean they can be used outside for stalls and fairs as well as at sporting events. We can provide branded table cloths to make sure you stand out.

Traffic Management

We can offer traffic management and stewarding services for events. Whether you need a system to make your carpark run smoothly or a temporary traffic system on a live highway to manage the traffic around your event we can help. We have closed roads for street fairs as well as long distance triathlons and carnivals. We can also produce your traffic management site layout plans, apply for the road closures and temporary traffic regulation orders with the council, produce specialist signs and provide all the equipment and traffic management operatives you need to make your event a success.


Communication is the key to any event running successfully so that you can communicate with other members of your team quickly and efficiently. We can offer 2-way digital Motorola radios on a back to back frequency or with a licensed repeater. This allows us to overcome distances and obstacles making sure that your communication system is always clear. This will enable your site to run as smoothly as possible in the run up to and during the event.

Temporary Offices & Welfare facilities

If you are in need of a base for your event site, then we can help. We can supply office and welfare vehicles as well as containers catering for any size of event. We can also supply drinking water bowsers and toilets, providing your staff with washing and toilet facilities away from home.

Temporary Storage

We can store branding and equipment for you between your events and provide secure storage on event sites. With the ability to transport a range of storage containers to you across the UK using our own transport, owning both flatbed, curtainside and crane lorries we can deliver anywhere.

Fire risk assessment and extinguishers

We can provide Fire Safety professionals with the expertise and equipment to ensure your event site is safe from the risk of fire. From supplying extinguishers to reviewing your whole site, producing a risk assessment and advising what fire precautions you need to take, we can offer a fully managed service. This may include the placing of extinguishers and fire points as well as advising on site lay outs so that there are adequate emergency access routes, fire assembly points and emergency exits.

Ground protection mats

With a large stock of ground protection mats suitable for pedestrian and vehicle use for loads up to 80 tonnes. Vehicle movement can become very difficult on many event sites in challenging weather conditions. With our stock we can cater for an entrance way for wedding parking, a full carpark covering for outdoor shows or just a walkway to keep your guests out of the mud. Our trackway can be installed as a modular system to enable any layout or as a continuous line to create a road or pathway.

Mist Showers

We have a range of ‘stand-alone’ mist shower solutions, ideal to cool athletes down on a hot day. These can be supplied as a fixed installation or truck mounted and operated to ensure that they can be deployed quickly and efficiently.

These are becoming increasingly popular, certainly towards the latter stages of a marathon or half marathon route. These have been used by many of our clients including Ironman, Virgin Sport and GSI amongst many others.

Versatile heavy blocks

Our large concrete weights are already used by many of our Event clients as ballast for temporary structures such as marquees, inflatables and easy-up tents.

However, they are also just as easily installed by us as vehicle mitigation blocks for Street Fairs or shopping areas or as road closure blocks. The blocks also serve well as a deterrent for vehicles to open sites under construction or redevelopment.

Air Conditioning

We have a range of solutions to heat or cool your event.

We supply high powered and super silent Air Conditioning units, ideal for cooling large rooms but also including a powerful heater, meaning it is suitable for all seasons.

We also hold a range of space, induction and infra-red heaters suitable for marquee heating. We have supplied a number of clients and organisations with this service.
